Prepare an approved script
Keep the words that matter intact.
Prepare
Remove production notes that should not be spoken, or label them separately in your own working document. Expand ambiguous abbreviations and mark the pronunciation of names. Keep numerical units beside values so a sentence still makes sense when heard.
Work through the decision
Split the script into paragraphs that carry one idea. A paragraph break can suggest a scene boundary, but it should not force a visual change in the middle of an unfinished argument. Avoid formatting that depends on columns or page layout.
Review the result
After import, compare the first paragraph, a passage containing numbers, and the ending against the original. If you choose a rewrite, review every changed fact before requesting narration.
