Prepare an audio-led project

A clean recording is a better timing reference.

Prepare

Export one complete recording rather than a collection of unrelated takes. Listen at normal speed with headphones. Remove accidental silence at the beginning and end, while keeping deliberate pauses that help the explanation breathe.

Work through the decision

Use the supported audio format and size shown by the upload control. Keep the original recording locally. A filename and project title help you find the asset later, but they do not establish the transcript or verify who is speaking.

Review the result

Review the transcript against the recording, especially proper names and short words around cuts. Check the beginning, middle, and end of the scene timing before exporting a long project.
