Review the final export
Check the delivered file, not only the editor.
Prepare
Confirm the selected project revision, aspect ratio, and audio before export. Note the run reference. If a task remains pending, follow its status rather than repeatedly submitting the same work with new idempotency keys.
Work through the decision
Play the downloaded file from the beginning, middle, and end. Check for missing audio, black frames, stuck images, clipped captions, and an incomplete ending. Inspect the most crowded scene at normal viewing size.
Review the result
Keep the source project, provenance, and reviewed revision with the final file. If you find a defect, record the timestamp and what you expected to see before making another revision.
