Acceptable Use Policy
Scope and reporting
GAAI applies this policy to VidRush AI Online prompts, scripts, uploaded images and audio, generated content and stored media. Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with the subject “Content report”, the project or page reference, the type of concern and sufficient context. Do not email illegal imagery or unnecessary personal information; identify the location instead. Urgent threats and child-safety reports are prioritized.
Sexual and NSFW content
Do not request, generate, upload or distribute pornography, sexually explicit or exploitative content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual harassment or sexualized depictions of identifiable people.
Violence and gore
Do not create graphic gore, torture, glorification of serious violence, terrorist propaganda, threats, or instructions facilitating violent crime, terrorism or weapons of mass destruction. Factual documentary work must not promote harm or use gratuitous graphic material.
Hate and targeted abuse
Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against protected groups, or use the service for targeted harassment, intimidation or abusive campaigns.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sexualization of minors and any content facilitating harm to children are absolutely prohibited, including synthetic or AI-generated material. Never submit such material as a reference or an abuse-report attachment.
Deepfakes, impersonation and deception
Do not use another person’s identity, likeness or voice for impersonation, fraud, misleading endorsements, face swaps, synthetic intimate scenes or other prohibited real-person deepfakes. Consent does not make a prohibited deepfake category acceptable. Uploaded photographs and recordings must be your own, or material you are licensed and authorized to process for the specific lawful use. A rights assertion does not override this content policy.
Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not upload or reuse material without the necessary rights, evade source-license conditions, remove required attribution, counterfeit brands or falsely imply affiliation. Search results and media-library access do not grant a commercial license. Verify each source and obtain additional permissions where needed.
Other prohibited activity
Do not use the service for scams, unlawful surveillance, doxxing, credential theft, evading security controls or other illegal activity. Do not bypass provider safeguards, account limits or a moderation decision.
Current review process and launch boundary
Reports sent to support are handled by the operator, who reviews the reported input, available output and relevant project records, seeks necessary context, and decides whether a restriction or removal is warranted. We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days, prioritizing imminent harm and child safety, and communicate the outcome where lawful and appropriate. Human report review is not a claim that every generated frame or audio track is automatically screened. Production input and output moderation is still being prepared and verified; paid AI production must not launch until those controls are operational. Provider filters alone are not described as a complete platform review system.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and evidence, we may warn the user, refuse a request, stop production, remove stored content, restrict account access, suspend or terminate access, or respond to lawful reporting requirements. We preserve only the records needed for investigation and legal obligations. Legitimate refunds and statutory rights remain available; we do not promise automatic forfeiture of every unused credit balance. To appeal, email [email protected] with the decision reference and relevant context. A human reviews the appeal and, where lawful, explains or corrects the outcome.
